Our service is completely free of charge for our clients. The insurers on our panel pay us directly through their commission structure.

Will I receive a more cost effective premium if I approach the insurer direct?
There is no guarantee that they are able to provide you with a more cost-effective quote. We build long-term relationships with our clients based on trust and transparency. This allows us to act on our clients’ behalf during renewals which gives clients the peace of mind knowing they’re in good hands.
Who do I contact if I need help?
Your contract will be with the insurer direct so therefore, you will need to speak with them directly regarding any claims, or changes to your policy. If you have any general questions regarding your policy, we are happy to help.
How do I register a complaint?
You can contact us directly and register a complaint. We have a complaints handling process in place and aim to resolve all complaints within five working days.
